As the HRGA (PIER - Factory Setup Coordinator), you will be responsible for coordinating the setup of the factory's administrative and operational systems, including HR, GA, and PIER processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems are in place and functioning optimally. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the setup of HR, GA, and PIER processes for the new factory.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all administrative and operational systems are in place.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for factory operations.
• Monitor and manage the implementation of factory setup projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to employees on new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with the HR and GA teams to ensure smooth transitions and integrations.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the effectiveness of the setup processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, GA, or a similar role in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience in coordinating factory setup and operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project.
