GLEAM Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and compliance of our organization while experiencing the beauty and culture of Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a passion for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and documents to identify discrepancies and irregularities.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Staying updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices in auditing.,Providing support to the finance team in the preparation of financial statements.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software and audit tools.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP (GAK),Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
