📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach English to kindergarten students, focusing on communication skills, literacy, and phonics.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities to enhance students' learning experience.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies.
• Assist in organizing and leading classroom activities, such as field trips and cultural events.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
• Promote a safe and secure learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young children.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a similar teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and early childhood development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
