📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and oversee all accounting functions and processes.

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities.

Ensure accurate and timely financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.
