📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow our business.
• Create and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting our company's capabilities and value.
• Lead and mentor our team of estimators, ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates for our projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that our estimates align with project requirements and timelines.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Manage and maintain our company's CRM system, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize our strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the MEP industry.
• Proven track record of successfully attracting and retaining clients in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
