As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer foot traffic.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the store is meeting its sales targets and KPIs.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand image and values.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
