In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects in the air freight forwarding industry.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the booking, shipping, and delivery process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the air freight forwarding industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of air freight regulations, documentation, and processes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
