📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Manage the accounting department's budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and support staff.,Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.,Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
