Search Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction, infrastructure, and M&E projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction, infrastructure, and M&E projects from inception to completion.,Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.,Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, infrastructure, and M&E projects.,Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
