Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.Monitor store performance, including sales, customer traffic, and inventory levels, and report to the regional manager.Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all merchandise is presented in an attractive and organized manner.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.Proven track record of successfully managing a store and achieving sales targets.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Knowledge of retail software and systems, including POS and inventory management tools.Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies, as well as customer behavior and preferences.Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.🛠️ Keahlian
