📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Monitor branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the retail or service industry.,Proven experience in driving sales and managing teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
