📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers using various recovery strategies and techniques.
• Conduct phone calls, visits, and negotiations with customers to resolve payment disputes and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare and submit recovery reports and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient recovery process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in debt recovery and collections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Monitor and analyze recovery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recovery strategies.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in collections and recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a related field, with a proven track record of successful recovery.
• Strong knowledge of collections and recovery strategies, including debt validation, negotiation, and legal actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
• Proficiency in using collections management software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements in the collections and recovery field.
