📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.,Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.,Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.,Support the production manager in resolving operational issues.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record in production or manufacturing environments.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and teamwork abilities.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,High school diploma or equivalent.
