PT Cempaka Optima is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Production Supervisor to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. We are looking for a professional who can oversee production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and support the Production Supervisor in achieving production targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production tasks.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.,Provide training and support to production staff to improve productivity and quality.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to the Production Supervisor.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
