📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular audits of store operations to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
