• Build and lead a high-performing senior engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to drive the company's technological roadmap and achieve business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing them with the necessary support and resources to develop their skills and grow within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions into the overall business strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior software engineer or technical lead in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
