📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Oversee the accounting and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and managers.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
