📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of construction plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Support project managers in scheduling and coordinating construction activities using Primavera P6.
• Conduct site inspections and document progress using field notes and digital tools.
• Assist in the procurement and management of construction materials and equipment.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Attend regular team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Learn and apply best practices in construction management and engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit (certifications preferred).
• Basic understanding of construction scheduling and project management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites.
