In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to the management team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Provide support to the management team in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
