📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Process insurance claims and manage patient payments.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Assist in the organization of medical records and documents.,Support the clinic's administrative tasks and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or administrative role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of insurance and financial processes.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and hybrid environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
