📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth running of the store.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Must be able to speak and write in Indonesian fluently.
