New Camp Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team in Tanjung Balai. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about laboratory work and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring that all procedures are conducted safely and efficiently. You will also be expected to maintain laboratory equipment, record and report test results, and assist in the training of new staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment,Record and report test results accurately,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Assist in the training and development of new staff,Participate in quality assurance activities,Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy,Valid certification in laboratory techniques (preferred)
