📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve IT-related issues.,Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with various operating systems and IT support tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of IT security best practices is a plus.
