📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the daily security operations of the facility, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and visitors.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, including alarms, breaches, and emergencies.
  • Provide security training and awareness programs to employees and visitors.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed security records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  • Valid security clearance and certification.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language.
  • Experience in managing security personnel and resources.
