📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care according to established protocols and standards.
  • Assessing and monitoring patients' health status and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Documenting patient care activities accurately and completely.
  • Participating in staff meetings and in-service education as required.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and safe nursing unit.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1 Keperawatan) with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
