As an Outlet Supervisor at TANGBAN KOREAN RESTO, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our management team to implement and maintain our quality standards, and you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers leave with a memorable dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet
• Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and replenished as needed
• Work closely with the management team to implement and maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using POS systems such as Odoo or similar
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine and culture is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
