Shine City Group is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Oversee the fuel management process, including ordering, distributing, and monitoring fuel usage.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and fuel usage to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure fleet needs are met and that vehicles are available when required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
