📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
