📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
