PT Yilin Aguatech Indonesia is looking for a Senior HR & General Affairs professional to join our team in Batam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions and general affairs to support the company's growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that HR policies and practices align with the company's strategic objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR issues and provide strategic advice.,Manage employee benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle HR-related legal matters and ensure compliance with employment laws.,Oversee general affairs including office administration, facilities management, and internal communications.,Support the company's sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles in a manufacturing or industrial company.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR information systems and office software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
