📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to company standards and crew preferences.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in regular kitchen meetings and discussions.,Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
