📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Accurately code and document medical observations according to industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of medical records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care and patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical coding guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to junior medical coders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze and report on coding trends and patterns to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Coding, Health Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical coding, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Certification in medical coding from a recognized organization, such as AAPC or AHIMA.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in medical coding software and electronic health record systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
