📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the steel workshop, ensuring the production of high-quality steel products.
  • Monitor and maintain workshop equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workshop.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Train and supervise workshop staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of production targets.
  • Conduct regular inspections of workshop areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including production, maintenance, and safety.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the steel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of steel production processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
