Airbnb is looking for a Strategic Sourcing, Manager to join our Engineering & Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, improve supplier relationships, and support the company's growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in procurement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and efficiency.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.,Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using procurement and supply chain management software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with contract negotiation and management.
