📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various topics.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned.,Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and trends to ensure our training programs are effective and relevant.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators for our training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
