As an Admin Warehouse at Transcon Indonesia, you will be part of a team that handles the logistics of some of the country's most important goods. Your daily tasks will involve managing warehouse inventory, coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders, and ensuring that all operations run according to schedule. You will work with tools like SAP and other warehouse management systems to keep track of inventory and operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain warehouse inventory using SAP and other warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor warehouse operations in real-time to ensure they run according to schedule.
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring they are stored and retrieved accurately.
• Work with the PLB and TPP systems to manage part loading and terminal handling operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational regulations.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse operations to management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse administration role.
• Proven experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLB and TPP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Certification in Warehouse Management or a related field is a plus.
