📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Provide detailed explanations of our skincare products and aesthetic services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Assist in the administration of treatments, including pre and post-treatment care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in skincare and aesthetic treatments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and products.
• Contribute to the overall success of the clinic by exceeding sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Beauty, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty sales or consulting, preferably in a luxury skincare or aesthetic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
