📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of analysts and designers to improve user experience across digital platforms.
• Analyze user data using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align optimization efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of optimization efforts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members to ensure ongoing skill growth and performance.
• Represent Digital Horizon Solutions at industry events and conferences to build thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in user experience optimization, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable results.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely.
• Strong understanding of user behavior and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Certification in UX design or digital marketing (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
