You'll use industry-standard tools like Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail to conduct thorough testing and identify any issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other project management tools.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and debug issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform performance testing and load testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies and tools, and implement best practices in testing.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that software meets quality standards and user requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Tester, with a strong background in software testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and other relevant QA tools.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
