📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages with high quality and consistency,Maintain and clean espresso machines and equipment,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels,Train and mentor junior baristas,Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Provide excellent customer service and create a pleasant shopping experience,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role,Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee brewing methods,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
