📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and maintain all technical systems in the hotel, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer and other technical teams to implement and optimize technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical manuals, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support and guidance to hotel staff on the proper use and maintenance of technical systems.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in hotel engineering.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure the safety of guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using BIM software, energy management systems, and maintenance management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is a plus.
