📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of analysts and designers to improve user experience across digital platforms.
Analyze user data using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align optimization efforts with business goals.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of optimization efforts.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop team members to ensure ongoing skill growth and performance.
Represent Digital Horizon Solutions at industry events and conferences to build thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in user experience optimization, data analysis, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable results.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely.
Strong understanding of user behavior and digital marketing principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Certification in UX design or digital marketing (preferred but not required).
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
