Picker Packer - Warehouse Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using our WMS.
• Ensure that all orders are prepared and packed according to our quality standards.
• Work with our team to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor immediately.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to improve your skills.
• Meet and exceed daily production targets to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
