📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and churn high-quality gelato, jams, and sorbets using premium ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Develop and refine new flavors and recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
• Ensure consistent quality and taste in every batch by following strict production standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Assist in packaging and labeling products for distribution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in gelato-making.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in gelato-making or a related field.
• Proven ability to create high-quality, delicious gelato, jams, and sorbets.
• Familiarity with using Sodastream gelato maker and Sorbea sorbet machine.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid food handler’s certification (preferred but not mandatory).
