As an Experienced Sales Import Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new import business opportunities, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of import transactions. You will work closely with our procurement and logistics teams to optimize our supply chain and drive cost efficiencies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new import business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
• Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of import transactions.
• Monitor and analyze import performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness and establish new business relationships.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on import sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import sales, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with import/export software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid SIM (Import) and understanding of import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
